An installation including video and audio CD, exhibited in the basement of a student house. The spoken word CD is sequenced in tracks. Mini narratives relate the expectations of a female art student when she tries to join a band, her forays into performance art and how her subsequent successful band is perceived by others. The video shows images of a guitar being made un-playable by covering it in cling film, moisturiser and ribbon. |
