Kindness Is…

Exhibition Launch: Saturday 23 February 3-6pm, Northfield Hall, 40 Norfolk Avenue, Huddersfield, HD2 1GS

For the last few months I have been working in the Deighton and Brackenhall area of Huddersfield with photographer Jonathan Turner. We have been collecting stories of kindness and generosity from local residents and then turning them into a series of photographic and text works. An exhibition of these works opens on 23 Feb at Northfield Hall and then will continue from 24 Feb and through March during the community centres regular opening hours.

The project is part of ‘The Gift’ a partnership project between Open Art, Deighton and Brackenhall Initiative and Brackenhall Community Trust and supported by The Arts Council.
